Snapraptors
[ Snapraptor Terms of Service ]

[ Obtaining & Payment ]

-
Only Lukky is allowed to make official designs for sale unless otherwise stated
-
Snapraptors are sold via flatsale, auction, or raffle. All prices are in USD and received via Paypal.me link or Venmo app.
-
Payment must be received within 48 hours of claim/event close or the sale will revert to the next highest bidder or person interested.
-
Adoptables are non-refundable.
-
Once purchased the owner has full rights to their character's story, name, gender, personality, etc.
[ Artwork ]
-
By buying my art you’re purchasing my labor and a partial right to a design/art piece. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion.
-
I claim all rights to the Intellectual Property, but I will not reuse/resell the design again for personal or commercial projects without permission.
-
I reserve the right to reject your custom proposal without question.
-
I reserve the right to modify and resell any rejected/refunded designs to be sold at a later date.
[ MYO or "Make Your Own" ]

-
MYO designs may not be copied from or heavily reference copyrighted characters. (inspired by is fine, as long as it is not just a copy)
-
MYO slots are good for one use only.
-
MYO slots can be sold or traded, just like a completed design.
-
Once completed you must note the group with your design in a sta.sh for approval. Do not post your design to any public gallery until it is approved.
-
After your design is approved you must then have it updated on the masterlist. Please include the empty MYO masterlist entry and proof of approval with the design. The design is not official until the masterlist is updated.
-
There is no time limit for creating your design and the slot will remain yours indefinitely.
[ Selling / Trading ]
-
No Soliciting
-
Asking for/begging other users to gift or sell characters that they have not advertised as being for sale or trade is not allowed.
-
Report any instances of this to the group immediately.
-
-
No co-ownership
-
When selling or trading you must include a link to the masterlist entry within your journal for proof of ownership.
-
Snapraptors may only be sold for equal to or less than they were purchased. Once a Snapraptor has been traded or gifted it can no longer be sold.
-
Vouchers are not allowed.
-
-
Additional art does not increase the resale value of your Snapraptor.
[ Changing a Design ]

-
Small edits may be made to any design without asking anyone.
-
Modifying the saturation of a color on the design
-
Editing the shape of a marking
-
Changing the colors of claws/teeth/mouth/tongue
-
Scars / missing limbs
-
-
If you make an edit to your design and would like that to be reflected in their masterlist entry, simply Note Lukky with the link to your Snap's masterlist page, and the new design.

[ Redesigns ]

-
While redesigning your MYO you can choose to change either the markings or the traits but not both at once. When changing the design it must still resemble the old design in some way. Once completed you will need to resubmit the design for approval.
-
If your design is old and doesn't follow the bioluminescence rules you must fix this when redesigning your Raptor.
[ Snapraptor Group ]

-
Sexually suggestive or explicit art or writing is not allowed in the group.
-
Trading journals submitted to the group must contain at least one Snapraptor that is up for trade/sale.
-
No "Seeking" journals or listings for "tentative" or "entertaining" offers.
-
All content submitted to the group must be Snapraptor related.
[ Roleplaying ]
